To ensure an accurate FREE QUOTE, please provide as many details as possible.

PAINTED UPON PURCHASE models bought through my eBay listings are subject to an 8 week waiting period.
Commission orders placed outside of eBay are dependant on factors such as quantity of models and painting level required. A time scale can be given when discussing this.

A lot of what I paint are classic models both plastic & metal from peoples collections.

Almost all items sold via my eBay listings are classed as PAINTED UPON PURCHASE.
When you successfully purchase an item through one of my eBay listings I will order the model (unless I already have it in stock), assemble and paint it. Once I have finished painting your model(s) your order will be complete and dispatched to you.
I accept commissions outside of the UK and do my best to provide international quotes where possible.

If paying by PayPal an additional 4% fee of the total order amount, including delivery, will be added. This is to cover the PayPal processing fee.
Deposit
A small deposit is usually required before any commission work begins. The amount can vary depending on the size and nature of the commission.
Invoices
An invoice will be supplied to the customer once the commission order is complete.
Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.
UK Delivery & Shipping
All items sent in the UK are posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery unless otherwise stated.
International Delivery & Shipping
Any items send outside of the UK are posted using either Royal Mail International Tracked or DPD International.
Commission orders or any PAINTED UPON PURCHASE items sold via my eBay listings are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Any items sent to Mighty Blow Studio from outside of the UK may be subject to import (VAT) fees and carriage charges.
Parcels only get released to me once the fees have been paid.
The import fees and carriage charges change depending on the value and size of the parcel. For this reason I provide a separate invoice containing these additional fees that need to be paid along with any other invoice provided before your completed order can be sent back to you.
